Work was done on time and at a great price. The detail that Sheltered Cove did was AMAZING. My light blue hull was actually dark blue. Absolutely amazing work. The bottom paint was neat and straight. I can't say enough about Sheltered Cove.

They even gave us an orientation on all the workings of this boat and then delivered the boat to us about 50 miles south of them immediately following the orientation. This is my first experience with Sheltered Cove Marina. From initial negotiations with Mark at the AC boat show to working with Ken throughout my boat delivery process, it has been overwhelmingly positive. It's clear that Sheltered Cove cares about making long lasting customer relationships. Ken acted promptly for all "issues" that may have occurred during the process and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. I would definitely recommend them to others and took a bunch of Ken's business cards so I can hand them out at the sandbars. If we ever encounter any warranty issues in the future I have high expectations for how those will be handled.

Last week I picked up my brand new Sylvan tri-toon boat. I purchased the boat at the Atlantic City boat show this year. Booked my appointment and arrived at the Marina. Met with Dave and he went over all the paperwork and materials for the boat including titles and registration. From there we went out for a full tutorial of the boat and took it out for a run. Boat was clean and fully ready to go. The guys in the yard were awesome. Put the boat on the trailer and got us fully ready to trailer it back home. The Marina gave us a great discount to get some needed supplies for the boat. Looking forward to a great boating season and being a long term customer of Shelter Cove

Although the weather wasn’t good enough to take her out on day 1, I really appreciated the time Mark took to take the boat out with us on the next day. From start to finish, the staff at Sheltered Cove were all a pleasure to deal with. As a first time boat buyer, I could have easily been upsold on options. The sales rep I worked with was honest and helped me purchase a boat equipped for my needs and not one that would inflate his sale. This is something that rarely exists these days so I feel that is worth noting. Furthermore when he asked what other makes I was looking at, he was honest enough to say some were great choices. I got the sense right from the start that there was genuine care and excitement for me and my family joining the boat community and it was not all about the sale. From the time of placing my deposit to the day I picked up my Regal LX2, the Sheltered Cove staff was quick to return calls, respond to emails, and answer my questions. The day of my orientation was fun and informative. The Captain who went over my boat was extremely knowledgeable and insisted if I ever have any questions, to reach out. This had me feeling that much more confident about my family’s new purchase. If there was one negative in this whole process, it is NOT a reflection of Sheltered Cove, but the result of the pandemic creating a surge in the boating industry. What may have taken 6-9 months to manufacture and deliver prior to the pandemic took closer to 11 months. Either way, it was worth the wait! Our Regal LX2 is beautiful and my family can’t wait to start making memories. Thank you Sheltered Cove!

Was a great spot to launch our boat. Deep waters and easy to access bay. The boat launch has hours that it is open they do chain it off at a certain time. Clean marina. Thankfully they did work with us when we were running late. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you!
