Spring is officially here and that can mean only one thing: it’s time to start thinking about getting your boat ready for the 2018 Season! I’m sure you are itching to get back into the water and try to nab that big keeper, or hit the lake for some watersports, or even just to cruise around, enjoying the scenery. Before you are able to head out there you need to properly prepare your boat after months of storage.

Each year you should have a basic ritual of activities, inspections, tune-ups, and cleaning before you take off on your first trip. This list should be a foundation, building on top of it any other maintenance or preparation that you may find necessary. We have curated a list of items that you should, without a doubt, have on your pre-launch inspection checklist in order to prevent costly repairs, help get you into the water quickly and efficiently, and most importantly to keep everybody on board safe and sound in case of emergency.
