With 1,017 dealers celebrated for exceptional customer service in sales, and 884 recognized for outstanding ongoing service, we are proud to be part of this esteemed group.
For seven continuous years, the NMMA has harnessed data from the Marine Industry CSI program to honor dealerships like ours that place customer satisfaction at the heart of our operations and are dedicated to constant enhancement of our service to better meet the needs of our clients.
In a year that saw an influx of new patrons to the world of boating, we stand recognized for offering an exceptional sales experience and outstanding ongoing service. We are committed to supporting both the burgeoning community of boaters and our loyal clientele in their boating journeys.

To earn the 2022 CSI Award, dealers like us had to achieve a 90 percent or higher rating in customer satisfaction over the previous year, measured independently. This data was collected from customers who purchased a new boat between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, with over 175,000 customers surveyed during this period.
Sheltered Cove Marina, along with all honored boat dealers, is listed on www.boatsatisfaction.com for our efforts in raising customer satisfaction in the boating industry.
While the NMMA’s CSI Awards honor boat dealers like us, they also recognize boat and engine manufacturers. We were excited to learn of the 2022 boat and engine manufacturer recipients, announced in February at the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®.
